ArcIQ collects and stores only limited information necessary to provide and manage authorized access to the application.

This information may be provided by the user, the user's school, educational institution, training program, or an authorized administrator when an ArcIQ account is established.
ArcIQ does not use this information for advertising or marketing purposes.

ArcIQ does not intentionally collect or track information such as:

- Contacts or address book information
- Photos, videos, or personal files
- Browsing history
- Search history outside the ArcIQ application

ArcIQ does not track users across other applications or websites.

Bitopia uses reasonable administrative and technical measures designed to protect stored personal information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.
Information transmitted between the ArcIQ application and its online services is transmitted using secure encrypted network connections where supported.
No method of electronic storage or transmission over the Internet can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
6. Data Retention

When an account is no longer required, the associated personal information may be deleted from ArcIQ's systems.

Users may request deletion of their ArcIQ account and associated personal information at any time.

After receiving and verifying a valid request, Bitopia will delete the user's personal information unless retention of certain information is required by law or is otherwise necessary for legitimate legal purposes.
8. Educational Institutions
ArcIQ may be provided to users through a participating trade school, vocational school, training program, educational institution, or similar organization.
In these situations, the institution may provide Bitopia with limited information necessary to establish or authorize a user's ArcIQ account. This information may include the user's name, email address, and school affiliation.
This information is used only to provide and manage access to ArcIQ.
9. Children's Privacy
ArcIQ is intended for welding students, graduates, professionals, and individuals participating in vocational or trade education programs.
ArcIQ is not directed toward children under the age of 13. Bitopia does not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under the age of 13.
If Bitopia becomes aware that personal information from a child under the age of 13 has been collected improperly, reasonable steps will be taken to delete that information.
10. Analytics, Tracking and Advertising
ArcIQ currently does not use personal information for behavioral advertising or cross-application tracking.
ArcIQ does not currently collect user activity for the purpose of creating advertising profiles.
If ArcIQ introduces analytics, advertising services, or other technologies that materially change how user information is collected, used, or shared, this Privacy Policy will be updated accordingly.
11. Changes to This Privacy Policy
Bitopia may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes to ArcIQ, applicable laws, technology, or data practices.
